  Very disappointed!!! My wife called the New Albany location several days prior to our child's birthday party to make arrangements for a party order. She was provided pricing and terms from an employee. The party budget was then planned with the pizza order price as quoted. The day of the party, we called to place the order as instructed, but we were told that the price quoted days earlier by the employee was provided erroneously. The manager, I believe his name was Joel, was very rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Though his employee made the mistake, he would not provide assistance. Thankfully another local pizza establishment was able to help us. We will never order From Jets again. Several family members and friend in New Albany also refuse to order from Jets again based on the disrespectful treatment we received. It is hard to imagine how a company can stay in business with managers that provide such terrible customer service.

  Friendly staff, great pizza. Strongly recommend deep dish pizza, well done, with Turbo Crust.
